Where Toolhunt Came From

Toolhunt started as an Outreachy internship project, developed by Hannah Waruguru and Nicole Barnabee. It was inspired by Citation Hunt, which helps people add missing citations on Wikipedia. We thought something similar could work for Toolhub.
